Sanni Eniola
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), First Hightower InfoTech

Sanni began his IT career more than two decades ago as a Systems Engineer. His core competencies are in the areas of Business Process Management, Application Design, Network Design, Support/Administration, Integrated Security Solutions and Unified Communication Solutions. His expertise also extends to the areas of Continuity of Operations (COOP), Disaster Recovery Solutions, Storage Area Networks, and Voice-over-IP (VoIP) solutions. His server infrastructure experience also covers Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Cluster Administration, SQL server Administration, Messaging & Email Administration.

Sanni lead the team of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professionals from the United States of America and Nigeria, to work with the Lagos State Honorable Chief Judge and the commissioned ICT committee from the Judiciary to design, develop and deliver world class Information Technology Infrastructure and e-Filing Case Management System known as the Judiciary Information System (JIS) which is first of its kind in Nigeria. JIS allows Litigants/public to file suits and make payments online over a secured web portal. JIS is a web-enabled workflow application that is used by the Judiciary staff to manage all day to day case processes. Judges also use JIS to manage cases from case assignment, scheduling to hearing, judgment and post judgment.

In the past years, Sanni has worked and consulted for many fortune 500 companies and several Government agencies both in the Unites States and Africa, providing Information and Communication Technology needs evaluation and analysis. His cyber security experience includes providing guidance to IT security programs to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems, networks and data through intelligence collection and analysis, the aggregation and analysis of data from IT security devices and systems. At the U.S. Department of Health (DOH), he led a team of Systems and Network Engineers responsible for the development and implementation of the U.S. Department of Health (DOH) Integrated Health Information Reporting System and Business Process Management Solution. He was also responsible for managing the team that performed incident triage, analysis, response and remediation for computer network intrusions, web application and server attacks, insider threats, and malware infections.

He is currently the CEO of First Hightower InfoTech. Sanni completed his Bachelors of Science at University of Ibadan. He is a member of Microsoft Certified Professionals and holds the following IT certifications: CCNP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCP and Dell Certification.

 

Ola Aiyegbusi
Chief Technology Officer (CTO), First Hightower InfoTech
Ola Aiyegbusi has over 17 years of experience managing the design, installation, configuration, and management of networks for multimillion-dollar companies. Due to his extensive knowledge of IT operations, Ola has been a major contributor to the direction and strategy of information management for our clients.

Ola previously held positions with Verizon Business Managed Hosting Services and BAE Systems Information Technology where he managed the daily operations of the BAE Systems Information Technology Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC). He was responsible for ensuring the NOSC framework providing an end-to-end network management approach that increased the efficiency and reliability of the network. He developed standards and procedures for managed network services for BAE Systems North America and external customers. As a manager, Ola carried out research studies on available technology and cost constraints to develop recommendations and network solutions to senior management and customer management. He was also responsible for the technical development of NOSC personnel and provided technical design and engineering support for BAE Systems’ projects and customer proposals. As a Cyber Security subject matter expert, Ola has supported cyber security initiatives through both predictive and reactive in-depth analysis. As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager, he coordinated resources during enterprise incident response efforts, driving incidents to timely and complete resolution. He provided direction and oversight to SOC services which included ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through intelligent collection and analysis, aggregation and analysis of data from IT security devices, analysis and triage of detected security events, and coordinating the response to validated security events. He attended the University of Maryland and the Technical Education College in Rockville, Maryland. He also served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and is a veteran of the Gulf war.

Victor Akinpelumi
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Victor Akinpelumi began his career as a System Analyst. He worked with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), where he served in various IT capacities and subsidiaries across Nigeria. He also worked with various multinational companies in the Oil and Gas industry in various capacities ranging from Secondment to Project Collaboration. His past experience includes working with other Information Technology companies over the last eleven years. His core competencies are in the area of Systems Administration and Support, Heterogeneous Systems Management, Project Management, IT Network Hardware and Software and Collaboration Systems.

Victor has since the year 2009 dabbled into Business Administration. He gradually transited into this new role with various business endeavors which he has been an active part of either as Start-ups or going concerns. This has not only exposed him to the dynamics of doing business and business practices but has bequeathed on him a wealth of experience in this regard.

Victor obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ondo State University and he is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Abraham Troy Evans
Lead Systems Engineer

Abraham has over 10 years of hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft Active Directory, Unified Communication Systems and Collaboration Systems such as Exchange and Lync Servers. Throughout his career, he has utilized his skills and extensive knowledge of centralized management, messaging and collaboration to design, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to installation of Microsoft Windows Servers 2003/2008/2012, Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, Lync Server 2010/2013 and MS Outlook 2000/2003/2007/2010. He has lead team of First Hightower Staff to perform assessments, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware and software related issues providing solution to government and commercial clients.

His accomplishments include:

Lead Engineer responsible for design development and deployment of centralized management Active Directory and messaging solution for the Lagos State Judiciary with four major judicial divisions (Ikeja, Lagos Island, Ikorodu and Badagry) with over 2000 in-house users and more than one million external users.

Lead Engineer responsible for the design, development and deployment centralized management solution for the Washington, DC OCTO that supported more than 12 agencies and over 10,000 users.
Led successful Server migration projects for USAID and Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Washington, DC.
Migrated over 10,000 Exchange server and Unified Communications users to Exchange 2010 and 2013 platforms.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Maryland, USA and the following certifications:
